Hi, I’m Megan
(Meegan) McAllister
I am a strategic people, culture, and leadership advisor and certified Leadership and Team Coach. I work with business owners, managing partners, executive directors, and leadership teams navigating complex people, culture, and leadership challenges. I act as an external partner to their organizations - someone who can see what's hard to see from the inside, name what can be hard to say, and help build what is needed to move forward.
I have particular experience working with law firms, owner-led businesses, and nonprofits - organizations where the owner's vision or the organization's mission is central to everything, including the culture they are trying to build.
I am often partnering with clients as they navigate significant change and growth - whether that be merger and acquisition, leadership transitions or disruptions in their industry that are having an impact on how they acquire, develop and retain talent.
My work is grounded in over 20 years of experience, including 15 years at the executive level, working in organizations with regional, national and international scope.
