VIP days offer organizations the undivided attention and dedicated support of a seasoned HR executive for an entire day. They are intended to be intensive, focussed time to increase the effectiveness, impact and value add of your HR function.
In these sessions, I bring my 10+ years as an HR executive for a national organization, my coaching skillset and the external perspective of an HR Consultant who has insight into HR best practices within multiple businesses and industries. Talk to me about where you are stuck or pick my brain about an idea - my job is to work alongside you as a subject matter expert, dedicated thought partner, brainstorming resource and co-strategist. Here are some of the ways I have worked with clients on VIP days:
Reviewing foundational HR structures & systems to identify areas of risk, unnecessary cost and missed opportunities to add value. Clients can finally finish up that list of big outstanding HR “to do” items and questions they keep meaning to get to.
HR Strategic Planning
Partnering with clients to do a deep dive into how the HR function can best align with an organization’s strategic plan to have maximum impact. Clients uncover what they need to stop/start/keep doing to get there.
VIP days include an initial planning meeting and intake assessment, 7 hours working together, and a written summary of recommendations.
Note, I only offer two VIP days per month.
